Meet Rob
I've spent more than three decades helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay active.
I taught my first gymnastics class at sixteen years old, and from that moment on I knew I wanted to work in a field dedicated to helping people move better and live more active lives. What began as a passion for coaching eventually led me through careers in fitness, rehabilitation, and healthy aging.
Along the way, I've had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals—from athletes and professional performers to older adults striving to maintain their strength, mobility, and independence.
For fifteen years, I worked as a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, helping older adults recover, regain function, and continue living successfully in their own homes and communities. That experience gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges many people face and reinforced my belief that maintaining strength, balance, and mobility is essential to preserving independence and quality of life.
That philosophy became the foundation for RAI Functional Living.
Today, I work closely with older adults, families, caregivers, care managers, fiduciaries, and healthcare professionals to support strength, balance, mobility, and overall function.
My approach combines decades of experience in movement, fitness, and rehabilitation with individualized programs designed around each client's goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
My aim is simple: to help clients maximize strength, balance, and movement in support of a more active, independent, and fulfilling life.
